3 Steps for Mental Breakthrough:

1. Create a Strategy – Find someone who has found success in the same area you want to change and use them as a model to help you achieve your own success.
2. Change Your Story – Ask yourself: “What’s my story that’s stopping me?” Everyone has a story they tell themselves as a way of keeping them from making a change, whether it is that you are “big-boned” so weight loss is hard, or something else, every person has a story that needs to be changed in order to find success.
3. Change Your State of Mind – Tony says you can’t make any changes until you change your state of mind. How you feel emotionally and psychologically changes if you change the way you move and breath. Motion is created by emotion, according to Tony.

Tony shares the six fundamental human needs he says everyone should reflect on and attain in order to reach their full potential:

1. Certainty: the need to be safe and comfortable
2. Variety & Uncertainty: the need for physical and mental stimulation

5. Growth: the need to develop and expand
6. Contribution: the need to contribute beyond yourself
