Disabled Veteran Arthur’s Inspirational Transformation
Arthur Boorman was a disabled veteran of the Gulf War for 15 years, and was told by his doctors that he would never be able to walk on his own, ever again.
“Just because I cannot do it today, doesn’t mean I’m not going to be able to do it some day.” Arthur Boorman.

And for more than a decade, Boorman believed them. He told Prevention Magazine:
“Everybody told me it wouldn’t happen. My regular doctors said, “Don’t get your hopes up.” -Arthur
At the age of 47 he stumbled upon an article about Yoga and decided to give it a try because he couldn’t do traditional, higher impact exercise.
Arthur was persistent. He fell many times, but kept going. He lost 140 pounds in 10 months, and now, he can run.
