Chia Chocolate Pudding: Chocolate Dessert from Chia Seeds

Last time we explained to you why Chia Seeds should be your new favorite superfood. Today we have a great recipe that not only tastes delicious, but is also healthy.

Chef John shows you how to make this amazing pudding:

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon brown sugar (HealthQueens note: use sparingly; use stevia or xylitol instead)
1 tablespoon white sugar (HealthQueens note: avoid if possible)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
1/4 tsp vanilla
a few grains of salt
1 cup milk
chocolate covered hemp seeds, optional
